— The May 31 episode of RAW did a 3.2 cable rating, with 4,535,000 viewers, off hours of 3.11 and 3.32. That is amazingly good for Memorial Day as they usually do a huge drop.
— Full primetime cable rankings are not yet available, but early indications show that last week’s RAW ranked 7th and 8th for total viewers for the week, with only the NBA Playoffs ahead of it. The Suns-Lakers game that went against iMPACT! was the most-viewed show of the week, with 8.67 million tuning in.
— Big Show and Rey Mysterio vs Jack Swagger and CM Punk in a cage is being advertised as the dark match for Tuesday’s SmackDown! taping in Tampa.
— Stacy “The Kat” Carter says that she was working on a wrestling-related reality series with Survivor producer Bruce Beresford-Redman, who is accused of murdering his wife. The show would have featured the likes of Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Greg Valentine, Al Snow and Jimmy Hart. Carter says that she stopped hearing from the producer around the time that his wife was murdered, and added that since he has been charged with the murder, she doubts the project will get off the ground.
