Michael Cole continued in his role as mouthpiece for RAW’s still anonymous General Manager, announcing that the mystery GM will have a verdict on the season one NXT Rookies – who have taken to referring to themselves as The Nexus – on next week’s show. To explain Barrett’s absence, it was noted that he was conferencing with WWE officials to learn the fate of he and his group. It should be noted that the season one NXT Rookies did run-ins during the main events of this past weekend’s RAW live events and Barrett was notably absent from the proceedings.
