» Spike TV has given TNA more of a green light to go “more hardcore”, whatever that means.
» TNA officials considered multiple locations for this year’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view event, but ultimately selected Daytona Beach, Florida in an effort to keep expenses relatively low. Numerous company employees live in Florida and are thus able to drive to the Ocean Center, the event’s venue. Other factors include building cost and belief that it would draw most if not all of the Impact! Zone regulars.
» WWE is set to return to Ocean City, Maryland on September 6th with a show at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center. Tickets go on sale July 24th.
» For those wondering what Charles “The Godfather” Wright is up to now, he is managing a strip club called Cheetah Club in Las Vegas. Moviefone.com has a story up about the club’s use in past films such as Showgirls and mentions Wright as the manager.
