WZR Radio Delayed, Danielson-TNA, WWE Injuries, & More

— WZR RADIO NOTE: This week’s WZR Radio will NOT be airing on Tuesday this week. A key member of our production staff will be attending the live NXT and SmackDown! tapings and therefore we’re unable to do the live show. We’ll be running one day later this week on Wednesday. — As noted earlier, in addition to injuries to Cody Rhodes, R-Truth and Kelly Kelly, Rey Mysterio (groin) and Randy Orton (neck) both sustained injuries at weekend house shows. Orton and Truth did not wrestle Sunday night, but the impression is that all injured talent will work through their injuries this week.

— TNA shot an angle involving Hot 97 DJ Peter Rosenberg (who works with TNA’s podcasts) getting slapped by Velvet Sky.

— During Bryan Danielson’s match for CHIKARA, also yesterday, he was met with chants of “Please don’t go to TNA.”
