* The crowd was only about 11,000 for the show, as the top section of the arena was almost entirely curtained off. The crowd was pretty dead the whole night until the NXT vs. WWE main event, when they got pretty loud throughout the match.
* Cody Rhodes was very angry after his match during the NXT tapings as he had to perform his finishing move twice when the first one didn’t sell. He stormed to the locker room after the match.
* Guys around me in the crowd couldn’t get enough of new announcer for NXT, Jamie Keyes. Many kept trying to get her attention behind her but she kept to the event and wasn’t distracted.
*Rey Mysterio retained the world title with a 619 on Jack Swagger while Swagger had the ankle lock on the Big Show. And the Nexus vs. WWE 7 on 7 became a 6 on 3 when Edge, Chris Jericho, and Sheamus walked out on John Cena, Randy Orton, and John Morrison before the match even started. However, Randy Orton got the RKO on Otonga for the pin and the win for the WWE.
* After the WWE win over the Nexus, Cena, Orton, and Morrison posed a couple of times for the crowd, and that was it.
