A bout between former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz and Matt Hamill is in the works for UFC 121. UFC 121 takes place on Oct. 23rd at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. MMAScoops.com is reporting tonight that Gabriel Gonzaga (11-5 MMA, 7-4 UFC) and Brendan Schaub (6-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) have also agreed to meet at UFC 121.
Here is the rumored card for this MAJOR pay-per-view…
— Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez – UFC World Heavyweight Title
— Matt Hamill vs. Tito Ortiz*
— Gabriel Gonzaga vs. Brendan Schaub*
— Martin Kampmann vs. Jake Shields*
— Diego Sanchez vs. Paulo Thiago*
— Todd Duffee vs. Jon Madsen*
— Patrick Cote vs. Tom Lawlor*
— Ryan Jensen vs. Court McGee*
— Sam Stout vs. Paul Taylor*
— Chris Camozzi vs. Dongi Yang*
* – Not officially announced
That’s a freakin’ STACKED card and should easily draw over one million PPV buys if it stays the way it is rumored to be now. For those that don’t follow MMA or UFC, that card is seriously insane.
