— Pro Wrestling Guerrilla has announced the first details for their 2010 Battle of Los Angeles tournament on 9/4 and 9/5 in Reseda, CA. The first four announced competitors are Christopher Daniels, Rocky Romero, Chuck Taylor and Ricochet. 12 other competitors will be announced soon.

— Smackdown will be preempted until 11 PM tonight in the Orlando area due to football coverage.

— The Expendables opens today. Steve Austin is part of the cast.
