— Jeff Hardy’s next court date is scheduled for October 25. TNA is holding iMPACT! TV tapings that day in Orlando, so it would have to be assumed he will miss that show and be available for the tapings the following day on October 26.
— As noted in various reports, Jeff Jarrett was in Mexico this past week meeting with AAA in regards to some talent exchanges. El Zorro was said to have been offered a TNA contract and is expected to start soon with the company, with one rumor having him be involved in a stable with Abyss. Were told TNA President Dixie Carter saw a tape of Zorro and was impressed. Other AAA talents TNA has interest in includes Jack Evans and Extreme Tiger. Jarrett had interest in bringing in some high flying luchadores, while AAA was hopeful to bring in the current TNA World Tag Team Champions The Motor City Machineguns.
— Steve Austin and Stacy Keibler will be on NBC’s Chuck this week. They will fight each other. Austin will be playing a mercenary who was bested by Chuck last season while Keibler will be playing the revolving role of Greta this week. The premise of the episode: “Sarah, Chuck, and Casey must defend Castle from Volkoff’s all-out attack to free their prisoner, Sarah’s high school nemesis, Heather Chandler.”
