— According to a source within TNA, many within the company believe Sting will once again sign a new contract. As noted before, Sting has been working on yearly deals. Each year when his contract is up, Dixie Carter and SpikeTV are able to convince him to stick around for another year. It should also be noted that SpikeTV often helps with pay when it comes to re-signing the former WWE and WCW star. There is talk that if he does agree to a new deal, he’ll be brought back in January alongside Kurt Angle and other TNA headliners who have been off television in recent weeks.
— TNA is still negotiating with Kevin Nash and the hope is that a new deal can be worked out. Nash’s departure from the company stems from TNA’s recent cost cutting measures. He was unwilling to take a major pay cut.
