Sheamus Speaks Out – ‘Taker, Piper, SD!/RAW, & More

Sheamus did an interview with Frian Fritz of Fanhouse.com inside the Amway Center in Orlando to promote Survivor Series, which goes down in Miami on Sunday. Some highlights:

– Sheamus said he’s like to be the opponent for The Undertaker at WrestleMania 27. He did a promo, saying UT was “turning his back on pasty white fellas.”

– Sheamus said he would like to see more Old School WWE projects. He talked about “Rowdy” Roddy Piper as “one of the best ever” on the mic, and also how he’d like to see him on WWE TV more.

– Sheamus talked about how he started the “chain reaction” of younger wrestlers shooting to the main event level, including Wade Barrett. He credits his persona as a “no gimmick needed,” aggressive wrestler.

– Sheamus was asked about his low charisma rating on Smackdown vs. Raw 2011, so he cut a promo on John Cena’s jean shorts, Randy Orton thinking he’s a snake, and Big Show “just throwing his hand in the air.”
