— On January 28th, there was another hearing regarding Martha Hart’s lawsuit against World Wrestling Entertainment and Vince and Linda McMahon. The hearing lasted roughly 95-minutes, and during that time, Judge Stefan R. Underhill heard arguments from both sides regarding the previously filed motions requesting the other side’s arguments be dismissed and the court rule in their favor. The judge is currently taking the motions under advisement, and will make a decision at a later time. There was no timeframe given for the decision.
