When & Where Was Matt Hardy Arrested?

We can now confirm that Matt Hardy was arrested this past Monday (September 12th). The arrest occurred at Raleigh-Durham International Airport and he was arrested by Airport Police. They are expected to release more information later today.

Most airports have a policy where their police only have the authority to arrest someone on airport property. That seems to indicate he was driving while impaired in a parking lot or airport road?
