Sheik recently pulled out of a planned private party booking that was scheduled for WrestleMania weekend, noting he had a WWE booking. As reported yesterday, Big Daddy V cancelled an appearance, and that was also reportedly due to a WWE booking on WrestleMania weekend. No word on why these guys are being brought in but there are rumors of a pre-show Battle Royal. That is not confirmed though.
— Eric Bischoff’s TV series Daddy’s Home has been picked up by Nick at Night. Deadline.com reports that the show stars Scott Baio as an actor who, after 10 years of starring as America’s favorite TV dad, becomes a stay-at-home father to honor the deal he made with his soap-star wife so she can return to the limelight. The show was picked up from pilot for twenty episodes and is produced by Bischoff and Jason Hervey.
