As noted before, Paramount Skydance officially completed their acquisition deal for Warner Bros Discovery and announced a new merged company called Skydance earlier this month. WBD is the current media broadcast partner of AEW.
AEW CEO Tony Khan held a stream on Tuesday on Twitter stating that he recently had a meeting with Skydance officials in Los Angeles, California and he is looking forward to the future of AEW under Skydance.
“I just got back from Los Angeles, I had a great visit out there with the Skydance team.”
Khan also stated that WBD executives will be in attendance at tonight’s AEW Fright Night Dynamite show and Collision tapings in St. Louis, Missouri.
“We’re going to be joined by the Warner Bros. executives.”
