John Cena Says He Has Shaken The Rock’s Confidence

John Cena recently spoke about his feud with the Rock, and the fact that he used to be nervous, but that he has now shaken Rock’s confidence. Here is an excerpt and some video of that interview…

“I’ll be honest with you, you ask me a year ago when Rocky came back and he was hosting WrestleMania, I was nervous, because here comes The Rock. This is a guy, who even me, you put him on a pedestal as like untouchable, master of the mic, you know, the guy who led the generation of the Attitude Era. But when he came back and I get to see him face to face and I get a chance to really speak my mind to him, a lot of times he doesn’t have a response and a lot of times he’s stumbling on his words. It’s almost like when Rocky, Sylvester Stallone, hits Drago and he’s cut and he realizes he’s a human being. This is why I love this WreslteMania, because there’s so many moments where The Rock is human, The Rock is vulnerable. I’ve shaken his confidence. I’ve made him desperate. Like when you go to mom jokes, you’re desperate.”
