— Last night at the CNWA event in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, Vance Nevada defeated Adam Pearce to become the new NWA World Champion.

But the NWA issued the following statement on their Twitter account: “The end of the Adam Pearce/Vance Nevada title match from last night in Red Deer, Alberta is under review. More when we have it.”

UPDATED: NWA has announced that Nevada was disqualified in the match due to outside interference, so his NWA Title win has been overturned and Adam Pearce remains champion.
