Original Plans For Santino Marella, Christian’s WWE Return?

— WWE continues to reach out to Hispanic and American independent wrestlers for the cruiserweights show on the WWE Network that is scheduled to launch in November. WWE reportedly has a lengthy list of wrestlers that are 200 lbs. or less to be featured on the show.

— As seen on WWE TV this past week, Hornswoggle is the new comedy sidekick for Brodus Clay. This is the role that was originally planned for United States Champion Santino Marella but plans were changed in the past couple of weeks.

— Christian did not return at this past Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown tapings, despite being advertised. Look for him to return once the Extreme Rules pay-per-view has finished. Christian is booked to be put in the World Heavyweight Title picture with Sheamus and Daniel Bryan.

— The April 19th WWE live event in Toulouse, France drew 3,500 fans while the live event on April 20th in Paris, France drew 8,000 fans.

— WWE Superstar Percy Watson has changed his Twitter handle to @WWEPercyWatson. His account was hacked earlier this week.
