— Mickie James is scheduled to return to Puerto Rico for the World Wrestling Council (WWC) promotion June 29th-July 1st. On June 30th, she will face off with former WWE Diva Melina. Dates include Friday, June 29th in Ponce, PR, June 30th in Bayamon, PR, and July 1th in San German, PR.

— Eve Torres’ new role on WWE TV as a part of John Laurinaitis’ administration is said to be a big push for her. Vince McMahon has been a fan of her work over the last year and continues to be impressed with her work.

— WWE’s partnership with YouTube.com is said to be going very well as WWE is now one of the most profitable partners for YouTube.

— Steven Fernandez sent this one in: Irish Central.com has an article on Colin Farrell starring in the new WWE Studios co-production “Dead Man Down” (although no mention is made of any WWE involvement). There is mention of Farrell’s next movie release, the “Total Recall” remake, with the director Len Wiseman saying “When it first surfaced, every WWE wrestler was linked to it, and that was the opposite direction of the way I wanted to go . . . it’s the most ambitious movie I’ve ever done.”
