Domestic Violence Charges Against Scott Hall Dropped

According to TMZ.com domestic violence charges against Scott Hall have been dropped. Last month he was accused of choking out his girlfriend, allegedly grabbing her by the throat in a drunken fit of rage on April 6th. While police observed signs of injury on the woman when they arrived on the scene, she refused to press charges. Hall’s Lawyer had the following to say about the situation…

“Any charges that were filed against Scott were dismissed and/or rejected by the prosecutor due to insufficient evidence.

Scott will now turn his attention to the foreclosure action that was brought against him.”
