Sin Cara Resurfaces, SD Social Media Score, Rock Update

— Inactive WWE Superstar Sin Cara returned to his native country of Mexico to celebrate Children’s Day, and took time to meet with young fans. WWE.com has photos of the event.

— Trendrr reports that Friday night’s episode of SmackDown had a social media score of 50,470, down 3% from last week’s show (52,245) before Extreme Rules. The show ranked #5 on cable TV, behind the NBA Playoffs. The yearly average is 55,083 in social media activity.

— Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson finished filming Pain and Gain in Miami on Friday. He then went to New Orleans to “put the finishing touches” on G.I. Joe: Retaliation, which will be out on June 29. He tweeted a photo of himself on the set of the film. Rock is also scheduled to go to Europe to film Fast Six before returning to New Orleans to shoot Empire State at the end of the month.
