— A temporary injunction hearing was set in the lawsuit between TNA and WWE and Brian Wittenstein for July 12th. The hearing was set during the status conference today and will go down at 9:30 AM. TNA’s restraining order against WWE and Wittenstein remains in effect until the hearing, meaning that WWE must return and not destroy confidential information that TNA claims Wittenstein provided them.
Depending on what happens at the July hearing, a permanent injunction could go into place in regard to the material.
