— Had WWE not suspended Randy Orton for his second violation of the Talent Wellness Program, he would have been scripted to defeat Dolph Ziggler at this Sunday’s No Way Out pay-per-view event. The Viper was scheduled to feud with Ziggler and Chris Jericho in the weeks leading up to a SummerSlam showdown with Sheamus.

— WWE Developmental wrestler Dean Ambrose lost in the dark match at Tuesday’s SmackDown TV taping. Ambrose lost to a wrestler billed from Manchester, N.H. after he cut a heel promo on the live crowd in Manchester.

— The Miz missed RAW because he’s currently filming The Marine: Homeland. Miz noted on Twitter that he’ll be off TV for a few weeks during filming.
