John Laurinaitis wasn’t at this week’s WWE TV tapings because he is recovering from a recent shoulder surgery. Laurinaitis is no longer a WWE Executive, but is now considered the head of producers and helps talent put together matches and promos.
It is expected that Laurinaitis will return to TV as an on air character.
