As noted before, WWE recently announced a new deal with streaming service Rumble to be the new home for their WWE Main Event show starting on Wednesday, October 14. WWE EVOLVE’s future is currently uncertain due to Main Event now will be going head-to-head against it weekly on Wednesdays and a lot of WWE ID talents who work in the brand currently have their contracts set to expire this October.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that there were a lot of inquiries within AEW and WWE about the status of WWE EVOLVE following WWE’s new deal for Main Event and the show being moved to Wednesdays.
Those spoken to reportedly also stated that the WWE x AAA Worlds Collide 2026 event broadcast currently being scheduled to air on Wednesday, September 30th during Main Event’s time slot also raised talks about the future of WWE EVOLVE.
