— The Miz was planning to file a formal (storyline) complaint against Smackdown GM Booker T due to the fact that he was the only champion that had to defend his title in a fatal four way at the Night of Champions PPV. Now, WWE.com has an article up noting that Miz is dropping the complaint due to the fact that was able to defeat three top WWE superstars without being able to see (Sin Cara put one of his extra masks on him). Miz also claims to be the most must see Intercontinental Champion of all time.
