— For those who may have missed it earlier, Strikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez was backstage at this week’s WWE SmackDown tapings. Melendez is from San Jose and tweeted a photo from the event.

— The official WWE website has compiled a photo gallery highlighting the tallest wrestlers in the history of the sport. Those featured include Giant Gonzalez, The Great Khali, Giant Silva, Big Show, Andre the Giant, Kevin Nash, Kurgan, Giant Baba, The Undertaker, Kane, Big Daddy V, Sid Vicious, Big John Studd, One Man Gang and Nathan Jones, among others.
