Tommy “Tiny” Lister, better known to wrestling fans as Zeus, has signed a plea agreement in the case against him over a multimillion dollar mortgage fraud scheme.
He was charged in August 2012. He agreed to plead guilty to a felony conspiracy charge. He also agreed to “cooperate fully” with federal prosecutors, the IRS and FBI agents investigating the scheme. Lister began cooperating last year and has provided a detailed account of the fraud he was involved in with several others. He is scheduled to plead guilty at a court hearing on November 19.
As an actor, Lister appeared in Friday as “Deebo”, a bully in Los Angeles’ South Central neighborhood. He is also known for his roles in The Dark Knight, Jackie Brown, Beverly Hills Cop 2 and of course, No Holds Barred. He can currently be seen with Ice Cube in a Coors Light TV commercial.
