As we reported on yesterday, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested for the 6th time Friday evening for violating a court order to stay away from her boyfriend, Damien Darling.
The news channel WTNH 8 in Connecticut spoke with Sytch’s attorney, Rob Serafinowicz according to PWInsider.com about the arrest and Serafinowicz states that Sytch had “permission from the court” to see her boyfriend to work out their issues. Serafinowicz claims on Friday, Darling had called Sytch to meet with him, but after an argument the two had, Darling called the police on Sytch.
Sytch has since filed an assault complaint with the Branford, Connecticut police department as her lawyer claims that she suffered 2 broken ribs and “substantial” bruising by the time she “left the scene”. However, Sytch’s lawyer did not give an explanation on how those injuries occurred.
Sytch is scheduled to be in court today in New Haven, Connecticut over this recent arrest. Sytch, at the time of this most recent arrest, was also in an out-patient program in New Jersey after leaving a WWE-sponsored rehab in January. For more on the story, click here.
