— With The Rock working several events in January and February, WWE is focusing local advertising solely on The Rock. This is said to be another sign of WWE’s confidence in Rock to sell tickets and make money for the company.

— Team Hell No vs. Team Rhodes Scholars and Eve Torres vs. Kaitlyn (Lumberjill Match) are rumored for the Rumble PPV. Also expected is US Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. The Miz.

— WWE is also planning several surprises for the Royal Rumble. The company typically contacts two or three veterans to come in for special appearances, but this year there are several former stars that are free agents that could also make appearances. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
