Don Gatson, who work as Don Carson and had a tag team with Freddie Blassie, passed away last night at the age of seventy-seven. Gatson served as a manager later in his career for guys like Jos LeDuc, The Grapplers and the Mongolian Stomper. He worked against his former partner Blassie in 1971 in California and sold out the Olympic Auditorium as well as several theaters as part of one of the first closed-circuit pro wrestling events in history.
