Dolph Ziggler Praises X-Pac & Roddy Piper, Talks RAW

Dolph Ziggler praised both Sean “X-Pac” Waltman and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper on Twitter.

He tweeted the following about Sean “X-Pac” Waltman: “@therealxpac You aren’t “old school Raw”. You are immortal! You are great in any damn decade! #Icon. Miss you my idol”

He tweeted the following about “Rowdy” Roddy Piper: “”#OdSchoolRaw without @R_Roddy_Piper is likeStar Wars without lightsabers. We miss you #Piper.”

Both Piper and Waltman re-tweeted those messages. Piper re-tweeted another message from a fan: “If @R_Roddy_Piper isn’t at Legends night tonight on Raw, then it’s not a legends night at all. It’s amateur night. #WWE”

For what it’s worth, Vince McMahon wasn’t happy with Roddy Piper going “off script” the last time he appeared on RAW so that may have been the reason why he wasn’t used last night. Piper confirmed to WZROnline.com at the time that despite Vince McMahon being upset, he was never approached by Vince or any members of management and told he did anything wrong.
