WWE disclosed to the SEC today that Vince McMahon has converted 450,000 shares of Class B McMahon Family Stock into 450,000 shares of Class A Common Stock.
McMahon now owns over 39 million shares of Class A Common Stock for a 56.9% majority and 87.2% of Class B McMahon Family Stock, meaning that he owns “approximately 81.8% of the Company’s total voting power,” per the SEC filing.
