— Ric Flair sent out a quick message to the fans for all of the support that they have shown him these past few days. Flair stated:
“I’m overwhelmed by all the love and respect my family and I have received this week. Thank you to each and every one of you.”
— At the funeral for Reid Flair, who passed away last Friday in a hotel room, Ric Flair made sure to mention that the people who were there at the funeral were there for his son and not because of his status as a WWE and NWA legend. Flair stated:
“I want to make sure he knows this turnout isn’t because of me, it’s because of who he was him and who he affected.”
— Officials in the WWE developmental program (NXT) have grown to become rather impressed with Ashley Flair, the daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.
