Lucha star Hector Garza passed away earlier today. Garza would have turned 45 next month.
On October 15, 2012 a press release revealed that Héctor Garza had been diagnosed with lung cancer. Garza will retire from active competition to undergo several rounds of chemotherapy and additional therapy.
Garza had worked for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) in Mexico as well as both World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).
