— Former AWA wrestler Eugene “Buck” Zumhofe has pleaded not guilty in a Willmar, Minnesota court to twelve felony counts of criminal sexual conduct. He has been accused of having a sexual relationship with an underage family member around 1,800 times between 1999 and 2011. The judge has lowered the bail to $50,000 from $100,000. Two more hearings are set for September 9 and September 18.
The defense said that Zumhofe’s family was having trouble raising the $10,000 bond for the $100,000 bail, so it was lowered.
Zumhofe previously served 36 months for criminal sexual conduct in 1989 and was ruled to be a high risk to reoffend after a psychosexual evaluation.
