The reason that The Shield vs. The Uso Brothers tag-team title match was moved to the Money in the Bank pre-show was due to time constraints. This is due to the company running a World Title and WWE Title match, as well as two Money in the Bank matches.
According to a source, there were some within WWE that were very upset that the Shield was moved to the pre-show.
