As noted earlier here on the website, Ricardo Rodriguez is scheduled to return to WWE on 8/12 at the RAW taping in Sacramento, California. Rodriguez (real name Jesús Rodríguez) was suspended for 30 days back on 7/2 for violating the company’s Talent Wellness Program. It was his first violation of the policy.
Speaking of Ricardo Rodriguez, Alberto Del Rio will be defending the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Christian at the upcoming WWE SummerSlam PPV on 8/18 in Los Angeles, California. Christian def. Randy Orton and Rob Van Dam in a triple threat match on SmackDown this past Friday night to earn the title shot against Del Rio. No word on if Rodriguez will be appearing alongside Del Rio at SummerSlam.
