— TNA has announced a new iMPACT! Wrestling TV taping in Tulsa, Oklahoma to take place on October 10. Tickets are now on sale for the event at the Cox Business Center Arena.
— Former WWE NXT star Derrick Batemen worked a dark match before the 8/29 TNA iMPACT! Wrestling tapings this week in Cleveland. Batemen lost in a match to Jay Bradley, another former WWE talent. He was released from WWE back in May.
— AJ Styles has signed a three-month contract extension with TNA according to a source. The promo that Styles cut on last night’s 8/29 iMPACT! Wrestling was described as something he “came up with and wrote” to explain his character change on television over the last year. Styles’ deal with TNA was set to expire shortly.
