Major WWE Creative Team Communication Issues?

As has been previously reported, there have been some communication issues between WWE officials and their creative team. The Cody Rhodes angle was reportedly rushed as Rhodes requested time off for his wedding and honeymoon but creative was not informed and they failed to write him off TV until the very last minute. That is the reason they were continuing on with the Rhodes-Sandow angle and then it was abruptly stopped.

In addition, Mark Henry’s recovery from his recent hamstring injury failed to be communicated. One source noted that the creative team was not aware that Henry was cleared to compete until reading it online. These are said to be endemic examples of the problem between the two parts of the company.
