— Despite his on-screen termination, WWEShop.com has released a Cody Rhodes “Rise Above Cancer” Pink Authentic T-Shirt. Through December 31, 2013, WWE will donate to Susan G. Komen 20% of the retail sales price of Specialty Rise Above Cancer merchandise sold on the website and at live events.
