— On Saturday night, part time TNA performer King Mo fought Emanuel Newton at the Bellator 106 event in a bout for the Interim Light Heavyweight Title. Newton won a unanimous decision, with all three judges scoring the bout 49-46 across the cards.

— As noted over the weekend on MMAScoops.com., Rob Van Dam & DDP were both in attendance at Saturday’s Bellator MMA event. Live reports note that RVD getting a big reaction from the live crowd, including some “RVD” chants.
