— Now that John Cena and Randy Orton are both World and WWE champions, respectively, the plan is to portray both belts as equal once again. The World Heavyweight title will be shown as being on the same level as the WWE title until at least Elimination Chamber. Cena and Orton are both expected to be champion during that time.
