WWE Highlights Hulk Hogan, Ricardo Rodriguez’ Future?

— Even though he is not currently being utilized on WWE television, Ricardo Rodriguez is headed to the UK for next week’s tapings. Vickie Guerrero isn’t working this weekend’s live events but is flying into the UK for next week’s TV tapings as well.

— WWE highlighting Hogan’s career online is not an indication that he’s coming back to the promotion. Joey Styles, WWE’s Vice President of Digital Media Content, revealed in an interview with VOC Nation last month that the Hall of Famer was intentionally placed on the front page last month as means to build traffic after news surfaced that his contract with TNA Wrestling had contract expired.

“Nobody at WWE.com knows if the (front office) is talking to Hulk Hogan,” Styles said. “But it’s out there on every other site; we know that fans are thinking it, so why wouldn’t we use all of the videos and content that we own and use it on the site to build traffic and entertain the fans?”
