UPDATE: WWE has provided us with the following statement:
“The death of Viloude Louis is a tragedy and we express our condolences. WWE supports Judge Janzen’s summation that the 13-year-old boy absolutely knew that he was hurting his 5-year-old little sister. Therefore, it is illogical to conclude that the brutal and ultimately fatal beating of a 5-year-old little girl by a teenager could be confused with imitation of WWE moves seen on TV.”
ORIGINAL: The thirteen-year old who killed his half-sister while performing wrestling moves on her has received three years in a juvenile facility. HuffPost reports that Armstrong Desvallons of Terrytown, Louisiana was sentenced on Tuesday in the case after pleading guilty last month.
Desvallons said that he “threw his body and elbow into 5-year-old Viloude Louis’ chest about 20 times in June when he was supposed to be babysitting her” according to the report. He said he was practicing moves like the “John Cena Slam” and the “Mark Henry Slam.” Louis suffered broken ribs, internal bleeding and liver lacerations and eventually died.
