As you can imagine, Batista is expected to be pushed heavily in upcoming WWE storylines. As of last word, the planned Randy Orton vs. Batista match at WrestleMania 30 was still a go.
There were plans in place to have Batista win the Royal Rumble match this Sunday to set that up but plans are always changing and it almost seems too obvious. Despite that, this has been planned for months and the fact that they had the two face-to-face on RAW this past week seems to indicate that is still the plan.
