Backstage Update – Piper, Hogan & WrestleMania 30

As we previously reported, WWE is considering inducting the WrestleMania I main event of Hulk Hogan and Mr. T vs. Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff into the WWE Hall of Fame, which would make it the first time a match has been inducted. According to reports, this is the idea being pitched in order to give Hogan and Piper appearances at WrestleMania 30.

Piper has been pushing on Twitter for a match pitting him and a top heel against Hulk Hogan and John Cena, though whether that will actually come about isn’t known.
