Exclusive: Roddy Piper’s Monday Announcement Is …. ?

We have now confirmed that WWE is in talks with “Rowdy” Roddy Piper for WrestleMania 30. As of now, no deal or match has been agreed upon but Piper is open to wrestling a match at WWE’s biggest pay-per-view of the year.

We have also confirmed that Piper’s “cryptic” tweets regarding this Monday are for a “free form” interview with Mr. T. As many of you know, there have been real-life issues between Piper and Mr. T. for years now. The interview between the two is not confirmed as of this writing but if it does take place, we’re guessing it would air on Piper’s podcast.

We’ll also keep you posted as we hear more on Roddy’s status for WrestleMania 30. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: It’s possible the interview with Mr. T. is off as Roddy tweeted the following yesterday: THERE WILL NOT BE A MONDAY NEXT WEEK!!! #rodsadumbass ps. but I got a good one for you!
