— Jody Kristofferson, a former WWE developmental talent that was released last year, has returned to the WWE Performance Center. There is no word on why he was brought back or released in the first place. As noted, Jody is the son of Hollywood actor Kris Kristofferson.
— For what it’s worth, there was some back and forth regarding The New Age Outlaws vs. Cody Rhodes & Goldust match on last Friday night’s WWE SmackDown broadcast. Some members of WWE creative wanted it to be for the tag-team titles. Of course, they ended up going with the non-title match on SmackDown and held off the title match for the Royal Rumble pre-show.
