Tito Ortiz Charged With Two Counts Of DUI

TMZ reports that Tito Ortiz has been charged with two counts of DUI after he crashed his Porsche into a concrete median on January 6 at 4 AM. He was arrested when he blew a .12 on the breathalyzer.

Ortiz had been partying at the Playboy mansion before the crash. If he is convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. It’s his first offense so he probably won’t actually see any jail time, just a probation sentence and an alcohol education course.
