Update: The Original Sin Cara Gone From WWE

The World Wrestling League in Puerto Rico has announced that the original Sin Cara (Mistico) has signed with the promotion. Cara’s WWE contract expired this month and was not renewed. We can now confirm that he has been released. Hunico will continue to play the role for now.

WWL’s president Richard Negrin said in the announcement, “it is an honor and a priviledge to present our newest World Wrestling League’s talent, one of the most exciting Mexican “lucha libre” performers around the world: the original SIN CARA! Welcome to your home, the WWL.”
